Trattoria Sonveulla Bar Salumificio in Cogne is a typical establishment made out of an old stable with an adjoining barn, naturally renovated, but without losing the typical features of local buildings. Here it is possible to taste typical local products, including classic cured meats and many other local specialties, all prepared in house with the aim of preserving and introducing people to the cuisine of yesteryear.
The Coeur de bois restaurant enjoys a privileged location on the Gran Paradiso. It is furnished with boiseries in fir of the ‘700, antique furniture and paintings. The cuisine proposes regional and Italian traction dishes with creativity and refinement. Rich wine list with the most excellent Italian and international labels.
The Belvedere restaurant is located in Gimillan, a small mountain village dominating the Cogne valley. The restaurant offers traditional cuisine with an indoor lounge and a rooftop terrace (recommended for lunch).
